i think the tendency is for people to make everything religious.
our morning routine. the food we eat. the places we go.
the clothes we buy. the things we want to entertain us.
and yes, even what we do on sundays.
we become religious in so many aspects of our lives, and consequently our “spiritual” side is just another compartamentalized part of our daily regimen.
when jesus is permeating the center of our spirits and we
have revelation of who he is, he begins to infuse
our lives to where, there is no part that does not include him.
and every part becomes about him. there is no differentiation
any longer. he is in every part of us and we are in Him.
that is where I want to be. the place where i can’t find pieces
of me any more.
